From the age of two, Samantha Reyes has been captivated by marine life—a passion that has driven her to explore oceans worldwide and volunteer at aquariums and local conservation projects.
This dedication earned her a place as a youth delegate at the 2024 UN World Oceans Day Conference where she connected with global leaders committed to ocean restoration. Inspired by these connections, Samantha founded Shellebrate the Seas to empower young people as proactive ocean stewards.
She proudly presented this vision during Global Goals Week at the UN General Assembly in September 2024. Through Shellebrate the Seas, she's building a movement where young people don't just learn about ocean conservation—they actively lead it.
